Job Description
- As the Regional Marketing Project Manager at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of specific regional/branch-specific marketing plans. Your responsibilities will include supporting regional-specific campaigns, event/seminar marketing programs, association marketing, advertising, public relations, and social media initiatives. Building strong relationships with branch leadership, sales leadership, and divisional marketing team members will be essential in this role.
Your role will involve supporting the annual marketing planning process, tracking marketing spend, assessing association and event marketing opportunities, and collaborating with field sales enablement teams to successfully execute marketing programs. We are looking for a thoughtful and creative individual who is highly organized, can meet deadlines, and thrives in a team environment.
Your key responsibilities will also include acting as the primary contact for regional/branch marketing plans, managing and communicating all regional marketing initiatives, ensuring the Gallagher brand consistency, tracking and measuring marketing effectiveness, and promoting cross-marketing opportunities within the Gallagher marketing community.
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with 3-5 years of professional marketing experience. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SalesForce are desirable. Your proven record of successful client management, experience in executing marketing projects, and strong communication skills will be valuable assets in this position.

Your ability to manage integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, create marketing scorecards, develop annual marketing plans, and handle various marketing channels effectively will be crucial. Additionally, your service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent time management will contribute to your success as a Regional Marketing Project Manager at Gallagher.
