Role Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to take ownership of our online sales channels end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, operationally strong, and growth-focused, with hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms and Shopify stores.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, performance optimization, and growth initiatives across all e-commerce channels under Gallop Enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all e-commerce platforms:
• Amazon Seller Central
• Noon Seller Lab
• Trendyol seller center
• Shopify (own DTC platform)

• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and content optimization
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and marketplace KPIs
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotional calendars
• Coordinate inventory levels, forecasting, and stock availability
• Manage order fulfillment workflows and customer experience standards
• Analyze performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to support growth
• Ensure platform compliance, account health, and policy adherence

Expand the company's online brand presence by identifying and onboarding new high-potential e-commerce platforms and marketplaces

Lead the listing and launch of products on new and emerging online platforms, ensuring commercial and operational success

Research, evaluate, and propose new brands and product lines that strategically fit the company's portfolio and growth objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience managing marketplace e-commerce platforms (Amazon & Noon required; Trendyol is a strong plus)
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (product management, collections, basic merchandising)
• Strong understanding of:
• Online retail operations
• E-commerce analytics & reporting
• Pricing, promotions, and conversion optimization
• Amazon Advs and campaigns

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, and conversion data and translate insights into actionable decisions

Proficiency in e-commerce performance reporting, including KPI tracking, trend analysis, and dashboard-based decision making

Advanced ability to analyze marketplace and Shopify reports to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps

High level of comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring

Nice to Have

• Experience in the UAE/GCC e-commerce market
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Ads) and how they support e-commerce growthExperience working with multi-brand or multi-category catalogs
• Basic understanding of logistics and last-mile fulfillment
