Senior HR Business Partner

What role you will play in team: You will be a strategic HR partner, advising business leaders and providing guidance on HR strategies and solutions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
