Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Define and lead the overall marketing vision, aligning closely with business objectives and sales targets.
Develop integrated marketing strategies to build brand equity, drive lead acquisition, and support product/service growth.
Create quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs and budget allocation.
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, design, communications, and analytics.
2. Brand Management
Establish, manage, and evolve the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and visual language across all channels.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across internal and external communications.
Build brand awareness through ATL/BTL activities, PR initiatives, and influencer partnerships.
Track brand perception and initiate corrective actions as needed.
3. Digital Marketing
Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and lead quality.
Oversee social media presence, engagement metrics, and platform growth.
4. Content & Communication
Develop a content strategy that supports inbound marketing, thought leadership, and customer education.
Guide creation of blogs, whitepapers, videos, newsletters, email campaigns, and product collateral.
Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all formats and platforms.
5. Product & Growth Marketing
Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to launch new offerings.
Define go-to-market (GTM) strategies and support product positioning in a competitive landscape.
Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and implement campaigns to support customer lifecycle marketing.
6. Market Research & Analytics
Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and consumer behavior insights to inform strategy.
Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation reports to drive data-driven decisions.
Present monthly performance updates to the executive team with actionable insights and ROI tracking.

7. Budgeting & Vendor Management
Define and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across channels.
Collaborate with external agencies, media buyers, designers, content creators, and PR partners.
Evaluate performance of third-party vendors and freelancers against SLAs and deliverables.
