About The Role
The Gap Inc. Technology Center is the largest apparel retail technology center in Hyderabad, India. We are focused on building next-generation solutions that will transform the way customers interact with our family of iconic brands - Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta. Commencing operations in 2017, our technology center is responsible for leading and transforming the IT sphere of the company by creating and driving capabilities across digital technology, data sciences, marketing and automation.

What Youll Do

• Partner with the team on the technical aspects including development, maintenance & support of product requirements
• Understand business processes, implications, underlying critical applications and systems
• Learn and develop solutions in Retail domain

• Work on key technologies and platforms including Java/J2EE, Cloud, Big Data, Hadoop, Data Warehouse, Middleware etc.
• Follow Agile methodology & DevOps the best practices
• Roles & responsibilities will depend on the department & product assigned
  

Who You Are

• B.Tech /B.E degree in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology or Electronics & Communications Engineering
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High learning agility – interested in learning more
• Excellent communication – listen attentively, seek to understand opinions from others and share ideas in a helpful and timely manner
• Willingness to innovate, adapt & make changes and try new technologies as per business needs
