Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our Equity Capital Markets team, working on a variety of transactions, from IPOs to follow-on offerings.
What you will do: You will contribute to financial modeling, due diligence, and client interaction, working closely with senior bankers.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Conduct industry and company research.
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials.
- Support senior bankers in deal execution.
- Manage client relationships.
- Perform due diligence on potential investments.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking.
- Strong understanding of equity capital markets.
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
