Job Summary: Employee Benefit Practices-(Retention) - Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client.
Responsibilities:

- Implement the delivery strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction, dependence & service patronage
- Build and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customers
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs
- Utilize various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and resolution.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offerings
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure the agreed deliverables are met in timely manner
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Desired profile/who should join:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently
- Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance products.
- Experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers
Years of experience: 5 to 9 years
Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree
Certifications: Any Insurance Qualification (preferred)
