Executive Search Consultant - Strategic Focus

Key responsibility:

• Developing and executing effective search strategies for senior-level executive positions.
• Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates through networking, research, and database searches.
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  
• Negotiating compensation packages.
• Preparing reports and presentations for clients.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of executive compensation and benefits.
