Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee in B2B Sales & Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with business clients, understanding their requirements, and offering customized solutions to drive growth. The role blends strategic marketing with active business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients across assigned sectors.
- Conduct presentations and product demos to corporate clients.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Gather market insights and support in competitor analysis.
- Track sales performance and generate regular reports.
- Analyze Market Competition: Study key competitors' products, pricing, and positioning to support strategic decisions.
- Study Product Categories: Understand various dairy categories and their relevance for B2B clients across industries.
- Assist in Product & Pricing Strategy: Help define the right product mix and premium pricing to position Patanwala Dairy effectively in the B2B segment.

What We're Looking For:
Education: 2023, 2024, 2025 batch passout from a Tier 1 B-School

- Candidate from top management schools in India.
- Energetic, coachable, and eager to take ownership
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship
