Regional Sales Manager - OTC

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager North HCD - OTC
Experience : 10+ years experience
Reporting to : Head Sales
Qualification : Preferable with Post Graduate Degree with minimum 10 years of leadership position having worked as a Zonal Sales Manager /Regional Sales Manager in a FMCG/OTC company of repute.

Location : Gurgaon
Role :
1. Sales Process and Distribution Network set up understanding and managing large, diversified teams.
2. Manage Distributor Partners, Channel Partner, handling multiple stakeholders both internal and external and ability to work with CFT. Candidate should be Tech Savy and should have worked in SFA /DMS based application.
3. Candidate should have good Sales Development understanding and Sales Forecasting Management skills.
4. Candidate should have good understanding of Sales Priorities for the year /month and create RTM plan to service for designated region. Builds Distribution Priorities/Targets as per forecasted data for the assigned area with the help of ASM team.
5. Support new product launches by supporting in rolling out the designated RTM for the same. Candidate should have ability to manage multiple stakeholders including Supply Chain, Regional Commercial, CFA, Trade Marketing and Sales Development Teams.
6. Candidate should handle distributor and channel management and team management.
