About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-drivenInvestor Relations & Lead Generation Specialistto lead our global investor outreach efforts for high-level real estate and investment summits. The role combines strategic relationship-building with hands-on lead generation and is best suited for someone who understands investor dynamics and thrives on building networks in the real estate and financial sectors.
You will play a key role in identifying and engaging qualified investorssuch as family offices, funds, private equity firms, and institutional investorsto attend and participate in our global events. Your goal will be to nurture these relationships over time, ultimately helping us grow a trusted and engaged investor community.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads of real estate-focused investors across regions
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to onboard investors for summit participation
- Build, manage, and retain relationships with key investor profiles including family offices, funds, and asset managers
- Conduct detailed research on investor portfolios, preferences, and investment strategies
- Serve as the primary contact for investor delegates before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and premium experiences for investors
- Track and report investor engagement, interest areas, and feedback
- Contribute to content creation and messaging for investor-facing communications and campaigns

- 24 yearsof experience in investor relations, business development, fundraising, or lead generation in real estate, finance, or events
- Solid understanding of the investment ecosystemparticularly within real estate, infrastructure, and private capital markets
- Proven ability to identify and connect with senior-level investors and decision-makers
- Strong research and analytical skills to profile and segment investors effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage high-level stakeholders
- Prior experience in investor-focused events or capital introduction platforms is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
