US Human Resources Operations

We are Hiring US Onboarding Specialist for Our Organization.

Location: Mindspace, Madhapur, Hyderabad (WFO)

Timings: 06:30 pm to 03:30 am

Shift: US Shift.

Must Have Skills for this Role: US Onboarding, US Offboarding, C2C paperwork, W2,1099, Employee Benefits, Vetting & Drafting Agreements, Compliance, Experience in Staffing Firm

:

• Minimum 4 years of experience is required as US Onboarding Specialist & C2C paperwork.
• Initiating & Co-ordinating for employment BGV verifications.
• Employee enrolment in Health Benefits/ 401K plan
• Create, manage & Maintain employee folders with up to dated documents.
• Updating Portal with Onboardings, employment changes, terminations, and other activities on the System.
• Drafting and reviewing of NDAs, Master Service Agreements/ Subcontracting Agreements, Statement of Work etc.
• Maintaining contract/subcontract compliance in line with company policies and procedure.
• Drafting and releasing Experience & Verification Letters.
• Excellent understanding of US employment types and compliance requirements.
• Assisting employees with their HR related questions

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field
• Prior work exp in HR - US operations (Minimum 3 years).
• Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
