Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Executive at GBR Fertility Centre, located in Chennai. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations which includes recruitment, retention and resignation management, framing, updating and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overall human resource management. The individual will ensure smooth HR processes and organizational effectiveness through day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, employee onboarding, monitoring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills in a similar hospital set up
