International Business Development Executive – Fertility & Medical Tourism
Job Description
We are a rapidly growing fertility and womens healthcare hospital serving patients from India and overseas for over 20 years. We are seeking an energetic professional to expand our international patient outreach and develop referral networks across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and convert international patient inquiries generated through social media, websites, digital campaigns, email, WhatsApp, and partner channels.
- Engage with prospective international patients, understand their requirements, and guide them through treatment pathways.
- Develop referral partnerships with overseas fertility consultants, healthcare facilitators, medical tourism agencies, and healthcare influencers.
- Identify and create new international patient acquisition channels through digital marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies to execute targeted campaigns for specific countries and regions.
- Manage end-to-end communication with international patients before arrival and during treatment planning.
- Analyze lead conversion metrics and optimize international patient acquisition strategies.
- Participate in webinars, online awareness programs, virtual consultations, and international outreach activities.
- Research new international markets and prepare market-entry strategies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, International Business, or related disciplines.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical tourism, international patient services, or international business development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong digital marketing understanding and experience in lead nurturing and conversion.
- Ability to work independently and develop international partnerships.
- Experience in IVF, fertility services, womens healthcare, medical tourism, hospitals, or healthcare consulting.

- Exposure to Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Europe, or North American (Mainly focus on expat Indians & NRIs) healthcare markets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing analytics, and online patient engagement tools.
