Are you a successful Real Estate Sales Manager who is looking to step away from brokering and focus on managing a team?

Our client, a forward-thinking company with an excellent reputation, is looking for an experienced Real Estate professional to join their Dubai office as a Sales Manager.

They are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of management experience as well as a proven track record in Dubai Real Estate.

The successful Sales Manager will be offered:
- Basic salary - 10,000 -15,000 AED (per month)
- On Target Earnings - 35,000 AED - 45,000 AED (per month)
- Working visa
- Medical insurance
- Opportunity to build your own team of brokers

Responsibilities for the role of a Sales Manager:
- Managing and developing the broker team

- Recruiting new brokers into the team to meet the company growth plans
- Taking team meetings
- Setting the brokers KPI’s and ensuring the team meets them
- Coaching and training
- Looking at business development opportunities

Requirements:

- Previous Sales Manager experience in Real Estate in Dubai (at least 1 year)
- Good knowledge of the Off-Plan or Secondary markets
- Experience in managing, coaching and developing a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Must be tech savvy

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
