Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Internship and Full-Time Options

Location: Goa (with a sponsored stay for eligible candidates)

This isnt about sitting in meetings or shadowing leadership.

This is about building, shipping, fixing, launching and owning outcomes.

Youll work directly with the co-founders across product, growth, partnerships, and operations. One month, you might build a new vertical from scratch. Another, youll run an internal pilot, crack a market entry strategy, or streamline an entire business unit.

Think of it as a mini-COO, internal founder, and operating generalist rolled into one.

What youll do:

• Build and run experiments across product, marketing, and ops
• Identify gaps, solve problems, and create new GTMs or services

• Work across functions to turn chaos into systems that scale
• Operate like its your own company because one day, it might be

What you get:

• ?50,000/month fixed pay

Get Hired
• You have been a founder before
• You understand basic tech and platforms
• You have scaled whatever you built to 1 CR ARR revenue
• You are a clear, first principle thinker and self-starter
• You want to learn by operating, not observing
• You own the risk and the rewards equally

Who youll work with:

Youll report directly to Aabhinandan (ex-McKinsey, ex-Revolut India, second-time founder) and Abhishek (ex-CBO Belong, ex-SThree, ex-KTwo, with deep org-building experience).Weve built companies across the US, EU, and India and were now building the platform we wish we had.

Start Date: June 1 or earlier
