Indirect Tax Manager

Accounts & Responsibilities
 Handling open Litigation Drafting for the state of Maharashtra
 Knowledge of SAP (MM,FI,SD)
 Maintaining the status of the Open litigations, Tax risks analysis, and defense strategy on an ongoing basis
 Handling PIS refund 2007 (Production/ Package Incentive Scheme)
 Validating monthly GST and customs compliances
 Review Reconciliation of Tax GL with books monthly
 Review monthly compliance for the job work process.
 Review of Capex PO Contracts/ Agreements with Local vendors from a Tax standpoint
 Support in Statutory, Internal and SOX audit on all Indirect Tax matters
 Will handle the 5-6 Team
Key challenges
 To ensure litigations are handled effectively with a timely reply to tax authorities.
 To ensure timely filling for all data related to PIS refund.
 To ensure monthly GST compliance Is supported by backup documentation

Skills & knowledge
i) Educational Qualifications Chartered Accountant
ii) Total years of experience 10-12 years with good knowledge of SAP
iii) Functional skills Working knowledge of Indirect tax laws,excellent drafting skills
iv) Behavior skills Good interpersonal skills
