Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Overlook overall Grid Systems Integration (GSI)- SG&A by partnering with Regions Finance to ensure accurate reporting of SG&A (by function/nature, in line with Financial instructions), understand gaps versus Budget and Prior Year and challenge forecasts and follow-up cost out actions.
- Owns GSI-HQ SG&A as main business partner to GSI function leaders to ensure accurate reporting, accurate planning/budgeting and detailed analysis of gaps versus PY/Budget. Presents quarterly results to Management team.
- Overlook overall GSI headcounts by partnering with HR to ensure consistent reporting (Workday vs Finance ERP) and put in place corrective actions.
- Provides GSI Financial metrics, with focus on SG&A (by function, by nature, by region).
- Provides on the job training and support to new team members and give support/assistance to Regions/Sites finance points of contact on specific issues.
- Leads or participates to transformation projects and support process streamlining and digitalization.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- 6-10 years of experience in Finance, FP&A
- IT skills (SAP knowledge would be a plus)
- First experience in Finance
