Maintenance Planner

What role you will play in team: Developing and implementing maintenance plans for renewable energy projects, optimizing equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

What you will do: You'll analyze maintenance data, create schedules, manage resources and collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for renewable energy assets (wind turbines, solar panels).
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, optimizing resource allocation.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenditures.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in maintenance planning or a related field within renewable energy or industrial setting.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
