Job Title: Associate Vice President / Vice President - Transition

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Department: Business Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader for the role of Associate Vice President / Vice President - Transition to lead the end-to-end transition of new projects and solutions from sales to operations.

This role requires a strong background in project management, transition management, client engagement, and solution design. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project transitions, drive process excellence, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with client expectations and business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transition Management:

- Lead the end-to-end transition of new projects from sales handover to operational go-live, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal quality standards.

- Develop and execute detailed transition plans, project timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

- Identify transition risks proactively and work with stakeholders to implement effective mitigation plans.

- Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams for successful project execution and delivery.

2. Solution Design:

- Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and design tailored business solutions.

- Conduct feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analyses to support solution proposals.

- Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices.

- Support solutioning efforts by balancing operational efficiency, client requirements, and business profitability.

3. Client Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition phase, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.

- Conduct regular governance calls and review meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to enhance satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.


4. Process Improvement & Governance:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve transition efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to transition plans, solution designs, project updates, and client interactions.

- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for transition and solutioning activities.

- Ensure adherence to internal governance, quality standards, and operational compliance requirements.

5. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of transition and solutioning professionals.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless support for transition initiatives.


Desired Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in project management and transition management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex transitions and delivering high-quality business solutions.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and timelines.

Role Level Criteria:

For AVP roles: Candidate's current designation should be at Director level or equivalent.

For VP roles: Candidate's current designation should be at AVP level or equivalent.
