Job Title: Manager - Business Excellence (Workforce Management)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of business excellence professionals focused on workforce management processes.

- Analyze workforce management data (scheduling, staffing levels, productivity) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize workforce management practices, enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee engagement.

- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of workforce management improvements with broader talent management strategies.

- Manage development and execution of workforce management-related business excellence projects.

- Plan, schedule, budget, and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.

- Monitor project progress, identify & mitigate risks, and ensure projects meet established goals and deadlines.

- Develop and deliver training programs/workshops on best practices in workforce management and business excellence methodologies for employees.

- Track and report impact of business excellence initiatives on workforce management metrics and overall organizational performance.

Skills Required:

- Workforce Management Knowledge: In-depth understanding of workforce management including scheduling, budgeting, staffing models, and employee engagement strategies.

- Project Management Skills: Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Advanced proficiency in data analysis techniques, root cause identification, and development of data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce management, including leading improvement initiatives with current designation as Assistant Manager or Equivalent too

- Certifications in workforce management (preferred).
