Job Description
- As a Solar Power Plant Site Supervisor at SunFront Energy Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve overseeing operations at various solar power project sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power plants.
- Ensuring work execution according to electrical drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitoring plant performance, reporting faults, and coordinating troubleshooting.
- Managing the site-level workforce, including technicians and subcontractors.
- Conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinating with project and engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Traveling to various project sites and staying on-site as required, with travel and stay allowances provided.
- Using a personal vehicle for commuting to site locations, with fuel/travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar power project supervision, operations, or maintenance.
- Good knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and basic electrical safety.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.

- Ownership of a personal vehicle (bike or car).
- Willingness to travel and stay at remote project sites for short durations.
Preferred qualifications include certifications in solar PV systems, electrical safety, or related technical areas, as well as basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting tools).
The base location for this position is Jaipur, Rajasthan, with required site travel and provided accommodation & food during site stays. This is a full-time position that may involve weekends during active project phases.
