Position Overview: Responsibilities: We are looking for AIML Developer freshers who are eager to understand Large Language Models (LLMs) and various AI technologies. Your role will encompass the following key areas:
- Understanding Large Language Models (LLMs):
- Familiarize yourself with the top 5 LLMs, including OpenAIs GPT models, Googles BERT, Facebooks BART, Hugging Faces Transformers library, and NVIDIAs Megatron.
- Learn their architectures, use-cases, strengths, and limitations.
- Fine-Tuning of LLMs:
- Learn how to fine-tune LLMs on specific datasets to enhance their performance for specific tasks or domains.
- Understand data requirements, the fine-tuning process, and potential challenges.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):
- Explore how RAG combines retrieval-based and generative methods for tasks like question answering and document summarization.
- LLM Inference:
- Dive into best practices for deploying LLMs for inference, optimizing performance, and resource management.
- Agents:
- Understand the concept of agents in the context of LLMs and AI, and explore their applications in various tasks.
- Prompt Engineering:
- Learn techniques for designing effective prompts to achieve desired outputs from LLMs.
- Understand that different models may require different prompting strategies.
- Context Awareness in Prompting:
- Explore strategies for maintaining context in conversations with LLMs, especially in long or multi-turn interactions.
- Understanding LLM Hallucination:
- Understand the phenomenon of LLMs generating plausible but incorrect or nonsensical answers.
- Learn how to mitigate and manage this issue.
- Vector Databases and Their Usage:
- Explore vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS, their functionality, and applications in similarity search and recommendation systems.
