Job Description
- As a qualified candidate for this role, you should possess a graduate degree or equivalent experience in BPO call monitoring and auditing. You are required to have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in speech analytics, demonstrating a solid foundation in this area. A good technical knowledge is essential for this position, including familiarity with API, Metadata, Queries, Python language, etc.
Having previous experience as a leader would be beneficial for this role, as you will be expected to lead and guide a team effectively. Proficiency in tools such as PPT and Advanced Excel is necessary for data analysis and reporting purposes. You should also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others positively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will be engaging with clients regularly. Your planning and organizational skills will be put to the test in this role, as you will be required to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
