Job Description
- Role Overview:
You are an experienced Operations Head with a strong background in cosmetic manufacturing responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end operations of the facility. Your role involves ensuring compliance with GMP standards, overseeing production, quality, regulatory compliance, supply chain management, and customer order fulfillment while maintaining cost efficiency and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cosmetic manufacturing operations with a focus on efficiency, automation, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, BIS, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain quality and compliance for every batch.
- Manage regulatory audits, implement CAPA, and ensure regulatory readiness.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables specific to cosmetics.
- Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness, and manage end-to-end supply chain for timely production and delivery.
- Act as the operational SPOC for domestic and international cosmetic clients, translate client requirements into production schedules, and support New Product Development (NPD).
- Lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, conduct performance reviews, and drive departmental KPIs.
- Monitor and control operational budgets, drive cost optimization, and contribute to strategic decisions like capacity expansion and technology upgrades.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, or related field).
- 8-12 years of experience in FMCG / Cosmetic manufacturing operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale operations.
- Proven track record of driving compliance, cost efficiency, and production excellence.
