We are hiring a proactive and energetic HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, employee engagement, and compliance. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• 
  Source and screen profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn & other platforms
  
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  
• Handle offer roll-outs, negotiations & pre-joining formalities
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline
  

Onboarding & Induction

• Manage joining formalities and document verification
  
• Conduct orientation/induction for new hires
  
• Maintain employee personal files and digital records
  

HR Operations

• Attendance & leave management
  
• HRIS data updates
  
• Assist with payroll inputs
  
• Support confirmation, appraisal & exit processes
  

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Plan and conduct employee engagement activities
  
• Address employee queries and escalate issues when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field
  
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
  
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
  
• Knowledge of basic HR compliance and labor laws
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
