About The Role
At Gen, our mission is to create technology solutions for people to make the most of the digital world – safely, privately, and confidently. As a Junior Partner Product Manager, you will work closely with Senior Product Managers on delivering product initiatives for our various partner channels – OEM, Retail, Strategic Partnerships and beyond. Not only will you be instrumental in assisting the brainstorming, planning, scoping and execution to enable our products for a variety of channels, but you will also help assess current gaps and areas for enhancement. As part of the ideation and delivery phase, you may work directly with our partners.
What You Will Do In This Role

• Collaborate with Senior Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define and execute the channel strategy and vision.
• Assess our partner channel landscape to identify growth opportunities and customer pain points.
• Work closely with the Engineering and many other cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and enable products and enhance our existing delivery methods for our partner channels.

• Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in product development activities, including roadmap planning, setting priorities, and tracking project progress.
• Collaborate with the Partner marketing and Customer Support teams to create go-to-market plans.
• Participate in partner meetings and gather feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, product documentation, and user guides.
• Analyze and assess partner and partner channel data to present trends to other stakeholders
  

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• 1-3 years of experience in a Product Management role or similar field

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar major
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of tasks and deliver on time.
• Strong understanding of Product Management principles
• Familiarity with product/project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar) is a plus.
