Job Title: Fresher US Recruitment (Night Shift)

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (aligning with US time zones)

Salary: ?2.8?3 LPA (for fresher roles)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates or experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in US IT, Healthcare, Clinical, or Pharma/Biotech Recruitment.

This role offers hands-on exposure to US staffing, IT/Technical/Healthcare/Pharma recruitment, and client coordination while working in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates from job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, and internal databases.
• Understand US job requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Communicate with candidates via calls and emails to explain job roles and opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and company policies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Science or Commerce stream (Can be Computer Science, Clinical, Bio, Commerce, Human Resources etc.)
• Experience: Freshers or experienced Recruiters with excellent communication skills required.
• Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).
• Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
