An international luxury automotive trading company is recruiting a Purchase Supervisor having 5 years experience in purchase of luxury vehicles.

- Strong leadership and organizations skills, good contacts in sourcing luxury, cars national and international (New/Used).
- Ensure that purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market
- Have a clear understanding and knowledge of automobiles, and have a rich understanding of new cars, used cars and collector cars.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the purchasing function.
- Familiar with, understand and implement the automobile procurement process, and can formulate the automobile procurement process.
- Ability to build and manage the procurement team, optimize the management mode and process.
- Control the procurement risk of the procurement department.
- Negotiate purchase price with suppliers.
- Maintain and improve relationships with internal departments that will improve business efficiency.

- Experience working with Luxury, sports and collectors’ cars.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- A Bachelor’s degree with good command on MS Office.
