Product Director Office(PDO) Manager

We are seeking a passionate Product Director Office(PDO) Manager to drive performance, support our distributors, and accelerate Genesis success across the MEA region!

• Product Director Office (PDO)
  - Pricing and cost optimization to drive profitability and sales effectiveness.
  - Participating in the future product planning & development process and align target price and P&L optimization for MEA market at each gate.
  - Lead the alignment of optimal launch pricing and target P&L among product, sales and HQ finance.
  
  
  - Monthly Profitability analysis and reporting.
  - Analyze competitor new vehicle launches and segment trends, and share insights with relevant stakeholder teams.
  - Conduct strategic market research to identify future product opportunity areas.
• Business Strategy and Planning
  - Support in preparing monthly business analysis and forecast reporting.
  - Support in yearly BP / Mid-long term volume plan.
  - New market study (competitive dynamics and entry barrier) and go-to market strategy.

• Familiarity with Business environment in Middle East & Africa Region.
• Proficiency in automobile industry knowledge, trends and product.
• Strong analytical and logical structuring skills for strategic reports.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Minumum 5 years of related job experience.
• Automotive product planning and development, Manufacturing cost accounting, Strategy consulting and market research experience.
• Professional English / Arabic & Korean as second language is a plus.
• Attested Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field (Advanced degree in a related field preferred).
