Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.
- Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift allowances.
- Prepare salary structures and compute earnings, deductions, arrears, full & final settlements, etc.
- Ensure accurate processing of new joiner and separation-related payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for timely payroll closure.
- Calculate monthly TDS deductions as per the Income Tax Act.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labour laws.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficient in advance excel
- Good communication in English

Office Timing:- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Working Days:- Monday to Friday and First Saturday of Every Month (Rest Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off)
