Job Description

One of the reputed, Creative Agencies Group from KSA is seeking to hire a Brand Activation & PR marketing Lead for their eCommerce platform in leisure activity handling the UAE & KSA market.

About the Role

You will shape how the brand is perceived across digital, physical, and community touchpoints by driving storytelling, setting creative direction, and building an always-on communication ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Narrative & Identity
  • Build and own the master narrative who we are, what we stand for, how we are different.
  • Translate the brand identity into consistent communication frameworks, tone of voice, and storytelling systems.
  • Evolve brand's visual and verbal identity across channels, formats, and audience segments.

  • Storytelling & Content Ecosystem
  • Architect and supervise all creative storytelling: Posts Videos Reels Shorts Long-form stories Product narratives Founder-led storytelling.
  • Develop scalable content pillars tailored for youth, young adults, parents, gamers, and hobbyists.
  • Ensure every piece of content has strategic intent awareness, aspiration, engagement, advocacy.

  • Integrated Marketing Communications
  • Build omnichannel communication plans using: Social Media, Direct Marketing, Email/SMS, Influencer, PR, Activations, On-ground events, Community.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across performance campaigns, offline activations, and brand-led storytelling.
  • Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure creative + brand + conversion alignment.

  • Creative Leadership
  • Lead a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, video editors, copywriters, community managers).
  • Set high creative standards conceptual, visual, and narrative.
  • Mentor the team to create breakthrough ideas that scale across formats and surfaces.

  • PR, Activations & Brand Experience
  • Drive thought leadership, press narratives, and high-impact brand events.
  • Build the on-ground activation engine from mall events to school partnerships, community days, mascot appearances, and large-scale launches.
  • Strengthen brand recall through consistent experiential touchpoints.
  • Data-led Storytelling
  • Use insights from social analytics, audience listening, platform trends, and performance metrics to refine messaging.
  • Understand what stories convert, what stories engage, and what stories build long-term memory.

  • Cross-functional Influence

  • Work closely with Growth, eCommerce, Retail, Category, Design, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Partner with the CEO on key narrative shifts, founder-led storytelling, market positioning, and brand moments.

What Success Looks Like

  • Our client has a clear, distinctive, emotionally resonant brand narrative in the market.
  • Social media transitions from posting to purposeful storytelling.
  • Creative output becomes consistent, high quality, and strategic.
  • PR, activations, and offline events shift from ad-hoc to brand-building assets.

Qualifications

  • 7 years in Brand Marketing / Creative Strategy / MarCom / Content Leadership.
  • Experience at a digital-first brand, youth brand, consumer internet company, or creative agency.
  • Deep understanding of storytelling, content formats, pop culture, social behaviors, and youth marketing.
  • Strong creative judgement with ability to brief, mentor, and challenge creative teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build omnichannel narratives (digital + offline).
  • Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
