Inviting applications for the role of Manager - AI Engineer
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with AI Engineer is responsible for implementing and managing AI-driven solutions that enhance IT operations. They leverage machine learning, automation, and observability tools to detect anomalies, predict outages, and optimize system performance across complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
.Monitoring & Observability: Deploy and manage tools for real-time monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and networks.
.Incident Detection & Response: Use AI/ML models to identify anomalies, predict failures, and automate remediation.
.Automation: Build workflows for self-healing systems, automated scaling, and proactive alerting.
.Data Engineering: Collect, process, and analyze logs, metrics, and traces for actionable insights.
.Collaboration: Work with DevOps, SREs, and IT teams to integrate AIOps into existing workflows.
.Continuous Improvement: Tune models and pipelines to improve accuracy and reduce false positives.
.Cloud & Hybrid Environments: Manage AIOps solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises systems.
Required skills
. Programming: Python, Java, or Go for automation and ML integration.

.AI/ML Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
.AIOps Platforms: Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Elastic.
.DevOps Practices: CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker.
.Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
.Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
.Soft Skills: Problem-solving, collaboration, and communication across technical and business teams.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
.Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
.Proven experience in migrating applications and data from one cloud platform to another.
.Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, best practices, and industry standards.
.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
.Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
.Experience in software/system architecture, with experience in GenAI/AI/ML.

.Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
.Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to collaborate and present to technical and executive stakeholders.
.Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
.Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
