Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver informed project solutions based on market expertise and an understanding of client goals
- Coordinate documentation with consultants and project team members
- Resolve complex technical and design issues to produce innovative, technical, and constructible solutions
- Direct production of technical and design intent drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks
- Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project
- Actively contribute to the financial performance of projects
- Review and contribute to future project proposals and contract documentation
- Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 3-8 years of related project experience

- Strong proficiency with Revit; experience with BIM360, Enscape, and AutoCAD beneficial
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- State licensure and LEED accreditation a plus
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software, including Grasshopper
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices
