Legal Apprentice

·     Conduct legal research and prepare content as per the assigned number in the Monthly Deliverable Report shared by the HR.

·     Prepare banking legal reports and conduct property searches.

·     Draft two contracts as per the assignment.

·     Summarize one litigation file, providing a clear summary for case management, assisting the senior partners with its case management.

·     Perform a pro bono task as part of the Company’s CSR program while maintaining a detailed report of the same.

·     Prepare a proposal for the assigned bank’s/entity’s empanelment application, along with associated data collation.

·     Participate in virtual meetings, training, and team discussions.

·     Adhere to confidentiality and professional conduct guidelines.

Legal Assistant (post-apprenticeship)

You will be responsible for all the duties listed above. Additionally, you will have total monthly deliverables that include:

·     Conducting 30 property searches.

·     Preparing 60 banking legal reports, which includes drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.

·     1 proposal writing along with 10 assigned deliverables enumerated in your Work Report.
