Shift Engineer
Role & Responsibilities

Free Workshop
The Polysilicon Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems within the polysilicon manufacturing plant. The role involves executing REAM (Reliability Engineering and Asset Management)-based maintenance strategies to minimize downtime, optimize equipment life cycle, and support continuous plant operations.

General Maintenance:
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for critical equipment in the Polysilicon plant.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults and ensure quick resolution to minimize production impact.
  • Work closely with operations and engineering teams for seamless maintenance planning and execution.
