IT, Computer knowledge, Software knowledge, Rectification, Technical Support, Dignosing,
Support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Manage and maintain the software as well as mobile application
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Speaking to showroom staffs to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Following up with software vendor to ensure the problem is resolved.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Managing multiple cases at one time.
Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Resolving IT Support requests from employees
Answering employee questions regarding software entries
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with software

Changing configurations, settings and permissions to users.
Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
Updating new software versions for existing ones as needed
Updating employees on the status of their service requests
Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
Maintaining application & system software at a supported latest version
Maintain an audit trail of configuration, backup and restore tasks.
Perform file restore operations as required.
