Job Description
- As a Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the branch operations and achieving sales targets in the retail sector. With 3 to 5 years of managerial experience, you should possess the skills to handle operations independently and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals. Your age should be below 45 to be eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate and train the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Address customer complaints professionally and ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create and manage promotional materials and in-store displays.
- Generate detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits.
- Manage store budgets and maintain financial records.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4 years of sales experience required, with 2 years in field sales.
- Proficiency in Malayalam preferred.
The company offers a regular/ permanent job type with a salary range of 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month along with benefits like leave encashment and provident fund. You will be working day shifts with the possibility of yearly bonuses. The work location is Ottapalam, Palakkad, and you should be willing to work in person at the store.,
