Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller located in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about loan products and services, and answering customer inquiries. The role includes maintaining records of communication, following up with leads, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them through the loan application process. Additionally, the Caller will collaborate with the team to improve customer engagement and meet targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent; any additional certification in communication or customer service is an advantage
