Present Role Senior Associate Investment Banking

Reporting Investment Banking head/ Director

Key Responsibilities:

1.Review/assist for offer documents prepared by the team for the submission to the exchanges/ SEBI/ROC

2.Coordination with stock exchange/SEBI/client for the queries as well as timelines

3.Ensuring stipulated timelines to be achieved for offer document preparation as well as approval

4.Assisting business development team in terms of business proposal for new transactions for public issues

6.Preparation of transaction presentation for road shows/investors meet

7.Any other required work in Investment/merchant Banking division

Qualifications:

(MBA in Finance and CA) - MUST

Minimum experience of 4-6 years in Investment/merchant Banking

Proficient in coordination and project-driven approach

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
