Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Finance Leader to own end-to-end finance across company and fund entities, including accounting, reporting, compliance, tax, legal documentation, fund operations, LP coordination, and equity management. This is a hands-on role requiring experience in VC/PE or complex multi-entity environments with exposure to US-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Finance Operations: Own accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax, cash flow planning, and internal controls across entities.

- Day-to-Day Finance: Manage AP/AR, banking, payments, and vendor relationships.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure cross-jurisdictional compliance; maintain agreements, documentation, and risk management processes.

- Equity Management: Maintain cap tables, equity allocations, vesting schedules, and a centralized repository of legal, financial, and investment records.

- Fund Operations: Lead fund documentation (LPAs, subscription agreements), LP reporting, capital calls, distributions, and compliance.

- Investment Support: Conduct investment analysis, due diligence, portfolio tracking, and cost allocation across entities.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8 - 12 years of experience in finance, fund operations, or due diligence.

- 3 - 5 years of experience working with US-based companies.

- Strong understanding of US GAAP, Delaware C-Corp structures, and cross-border operations.

- Experience in VC/PE, fund setup, LP coordination, or financial/legal documentation preferred.

- Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar preferred.

- Excellent communication skills; MBA is a plus.
