Full Digital Stack Developer & Analyst Specialist

Job description / Role

Looking for highly skilled computer programmer developer responsible for who is comfortable with both front and back-end programming and design, develop AND support the web analytics instrumentation architecture - Own all Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager environment & processes ? Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

• Developing front end website architecture & designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back-end website applications
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Designing and developing APIs for data layer integration (backward and forward integration between CRM platform and marketing automation tools e.g., Email, SMS, Conversational AI e.g. WhatsApp Chatbots)
• Ownership of digital data collection, processing, storage, querying, and visualization
• Digital analytics – Architecture & Implementation

- Design, develop and support the web analytics instrumentation architecture - Own all Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager environment & processes
- Consistently evaluate and revise environment where necessary to improve stability, flexibility, scalability, and futureproofing including debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing configuration issues.
- Develop custom analytics JavaScript to create events and triggers in Google Tag Manager
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of tagging environment by continually monitoring tags, both manually and with automated tools.
- Understand omnichannel user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution
- Provide data and insights for dashboards and reports for various business areas to help measure the business performance and customer engagement

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript & Typescript
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, Amber, VUE JS,?WordPress & Drupal opensource CMS and PowerBI
• Proficiency with server-side backend languages such as Node JS, Python 3.0, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net., WEB API’s and Web Hook’s integration, Micro services
• Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL, MS SQL Oracle, and MongoDB, Google BigQuery, Graph QL, Postman
• Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager with JavaScript (creating events & triggers)
• Experience in analyzing complex data sets for both planned and ad hoc analysis
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio and other analytics tools (Power BI) as well as ability to visualize data and create dashboards/reports
• Exposure to key CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Force and Marketing Automation platforms like Oracle Eloqua, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Marketo, MO engage would be a plus.
