Sales Associate (Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi) - Grandiose F&B Division

The Sales Associate for any of the Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi section is responsible for preparing, cooking, and selling freshly made pizzas and Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi, while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. The role includes interacting with customers, preparing orders to their specifications, maintaining the cleanliness of the food preparation area, and promoting special offers. The associate will also be responsible for inventory control, stock management, and ensuring a smooth operation of the Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi section.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with their orders.
• Provide information about Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi varieties, daily specials, and customization options.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation.
• Address customer inquiries, preferences, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Food Preparation & Cooking:

• Prepare fresh Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi according to established recipes and customer specifications.
• Monitor cooking times to ensure Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi are cooked to perfection.
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking area, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
• 
  Handle food ingredients properly, ensuring the freshness and quality of product.

Sales & Promotions:

• Promote special Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi deals or offers to customers.
• Upsell additional items such as beverages, salads, or desserts.
• Display Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi attractively in the counter to increase customer interest.

Stock Management & Inventory:

• Monitor ingredient levels and ensure adequate stock of needed products.
• Coordinate with the Section Supervisor to restock ingredients as necessary.
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure minimal wastage.
• Rotate stock to ensure the freshness of ingredients and adherence to expiry dates.

Health & Safety

• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies to ensure safe food handling and preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi preparation and cooking areas.
• Use equipment properly and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the bakery team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak times.
• Assist other team members when needed, including helping with bakery duties or customer service.
• Communicate effectively with the supervisor regarding stock levels, special requests, or any issues in the Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi section.

Cashiering Support:

• Assist in processing payments for Pizza & Manakish/Burger/Pizza/Grill/Sushi orders when required.
• Ensure accurate billing and handle cash or card transactions as per store protocols.
