Currently experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking to enhance our market understanding, and this is where your expertise is needed.
We are looking for a highly motivated Market Research & Sales Executive to spearhead our on-ground survey initiatives. This position is tailored for individuals who are resourceful, articulate, and adept at interacting with individuals in real-world settings. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-person visits to various retail outlets, engaging with store owners and staff to conduct structured surveys, and gathering valuable market data to comprehend consumer behavior and market trends. Moreover, you will be tasked with representing GhostReach professionally and enthusiastically in the field.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Additionally, you should be confident, self-driven, and capable of working independently. Prior experience in field sales, market research, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Candidates based in Mumbai or Pune, available for a full-time, field-based position for one month with the possibility of extension, are encouraged to apply.
In return, we offer a fixed compensation of 30,000/month and the opportunity to collaborate directly with the founding team of a thriving tech startup. You will have a high-ownership role with a tangible impact on product direction and market strategy. Outstanding performance may lead to a Certificate of Experience & Letter of Recommendation. There is also the potential for a full-time position or extended contract based on outcomes.
