Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Immigration Consultant located in West Delhi.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our immigration services.

Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.

Schedule consultations or appointments with senior team members for qualified leads.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Maintain professional communication standards and provide accurate information to clients.

Collaborate with the Immigration Manager to plan and execute outreach strategies

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Proven experience of 4-5 years in a business development or sales role is a strong advantage
• Same industry experience specially in Australian Immigration would be preferred.
