Job Description

You will be joining our team in Nagpur as a Senior Data Analyst, where you will utilize your strong analytical skills and passion for data storytelling to deliver impactful insights to our clients. Your role will involve leading data projects, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include designing, executing, and delivering analytics projects, conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends and patterns, developing dashboards and reports for decision-making, and translating business questions into analytical solutions. You will also ensure data quality and compliance, mentor junior analysts, and work with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business workflows.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in consulting or business intelligence. Proficiency in SQL and a programming language like Python or R is required, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. A solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience in sports analytics or business analytics for enterprises, knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift, and familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
