Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Consultant / Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Preferred Localities: Peenya, Wilson Garden, Mahadevapura

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum qualification: PUC or any degree.

Experience:

• Open to freshers with strong communication skills.
• 
  Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers to promote products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Salary:

• Fresher: ₹20,000 per month
