Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include providing technical support during the sales cycle, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and ensuring seamless integration of AR solutions into client workflows. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships, addressing technical concerns, and assisting in the adoption of GingXRs technologies to meet business-specific outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical systems and solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting technical challenges
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experience in Sales and assisting in client acquisition and account management

  • Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Experience with augmented reality (AR) or other immersive technologies is a strong advantage
  • High aptitude for problem-solving and a passion for technology and innovation
