About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online

growth and digital presence. This role is not just about campaigns; its about leveraging AI-driven

tools, ChatGPT-powered SEO strategies, and data-backed insights to build a strong brand

identity, generate quality leads, and maximize conversions across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Digital Strategy: Design and implement digital marketing strategies using AI

tools and automation platforms.

• PPC & Paid Campaigns: Lead high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn,

• SEO & Generative AI SEO: Implement advanced SEO strategies, including ChatGPT/AI-assisted

content optimization, voice search readiness, and semantic SEO.

• Content & ChatGPT Collaboration: Partner with content creators to generate AI-enhanced,

SEO-friendly and conversion-focused content.

• Email & Marketing Automation: Run personalized campaigns using HubSpot, Mailchimp,

and AI segmentation for better engagement.

• Analytics & Data Insights: Track performance with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot

& leverage AI for predictive analytics.

• LinkedIn & Brand Growth: Drive thought leadership and brand positioning with innovative

LinkedIn campaigns.

• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of AI in marketing, ChatGPT SEO techniques, and MarTech

innovations to keep campaigns future-ready.

Key Requirements

• Proven 7+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, Paid Ads, and automation.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
• Practical exposure to AI-driven marketing strategies, ChatGPT for SEO/content, and generative AI tools.

  Solid understanding of content marketing, CRM integration, and marketing automation.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision-making & predictive insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or AI/ML-powered marketing tools. Experience in B2B or SaaS-based digital marketing.
• Familiarity with AI SEO tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Jasper, ChatGPT plugins, Clearscope, MarketMuse).
