Job Role: Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor
Position Summary: GITAM University, Bengaluru Campus, is seeking a dynamic and
dedicated individual to join the Mechanical Engineering department as a Professor /
Associate Professor / Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will demonstrate
excellence in teaching, research, and service, with a focus on Robotics & AI, Digital
Manufacturing & Automotive Engineering.
? Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in mechanical engineering.
? Develop and maintain a strong research program in a specific research area.
? Mentor and advise undergraduate and graduate students.
? Engage in service activities within the department, university, and professional
community.
? Contribute to curriculum development and assessment efforts.

Qualifications:
? PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Desired Skill Set:
? Prior teaching experience at the university level.
? Record of scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals.
? Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration.
? Professional engineering licensure.
